UMT Quality Control & OTÜ Collaboration Laboratory
Located within Ostim Technical University, the Material Technical Research Center (MTAM) laboratory is operated in collaboration with the UMT quality control company. Within the laboratory, the following tests are conducted:
Tensile test
Bending test
Macro analysis test
• Microstructure analysis
• Hardness test
• Notch impact test
• Chemical analysis test
The laboratory is used for UMT company's work, lectures conducted by our professors, and various projects related to different fields.
Additionally, the laboratory is available for external use (outside of Ostim Technical University and the UMT company).
To ensure efficient and effective use of the laboratory, a monthly laboratory usage appointment form is utilized.

- High Voltage Research Laboratory
HIZAL Electrolysis Industry & OTÜ Collaboration Laboratory
Located within Ostim Technical University, this laboratory provides students with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in the field of high voltage, enhancing their knowledge while conducting high voltage tests needed for teams and system designers producing equipment in accordance with international standards.
Within the laboratory's scope, the following tests are conducted:
Lightning Impulse Test System: 1.2 MV
Current Impulse Test System: 250 kA
AC Grid Frequency Test System: 600 kV
High Current AC Test System: 5000 A
Various high-power source tests
HPEM and EMP test setups
High Voltage withstand and breakdown test setups
Partial Discharge Test System: 50–100 kV
Students and industry professionals are provided access to the laboratory.

CNC ve Production Lab
TEZMAKSAN Academy & OTÜ Cooperation Lab
Since 2015, TEZMAKSAN Academy has been providing vocational and technical seminars to 40,000 high school students and has developed collaborations with high schools and universities in 62 provinces. Within the CNC laboratory at Ostim Technical University, a CNC Lathe Machine is used in collaboration with OTU. As part of the collaboration, TEZMAKSAN Academy instructors provide training on the use of new technologies and CNC courses to students at the OSTİM Technical University Lifelong Learning Center. Trainings that are needed in the industry but not available in schools are comprehensively taught to students by TEZMAKSAN Academy.
